The Moorhead Photograph Collection from a Fargo Forum collection, containing photographs of Moorhead in the early 1900s. This photograph collection documents the oil industry in western North Dakota in the early 1950s. Most of the photographs apparently were taken by staff of the Fargo Forum, likely for a special edition and series of articles devoted to the oil industry that were published in the newspaper.

The North Dakota Slide Collection consists of a wide range of images taken across the state of North Dakota in the late 1950s through the 1960s. The format of the collection is entirely color slides. During processing the original organization of the slides was reworked a bit. The agriculture, industry and business, wild animals, and sporting categories were kept although some of them received new names.
